I have been doing it for 6 weeks and have lost 10 lbs. I have 22 pts a day and use usually between 18-22 daily and can probably count on one hand how many times Ive used any flex points. I average about 8 activity points a week. Is all of this along the Path To Success? I am not going to meetings, just doing it with a friend to be held accoutable.
it really depends on who is doing it and how! I went on it last summer for only a few weeks before school started and lost 17 lbs in a month! I didn’t attend meetings either, I started off exercising at least 30 hard minutes a day and really watched my points and it melted off!!! I lost 7 lbs the first week and it got slower from there. the exercise is the most credible part. the weight watchers just helps a lot with portioning! it all depends on you. ![]()

Congrats! You are right on track with your weight loss then. I’m on too– I use about 5 – 10 flex points a week and have a 19 point daily goal. I go from losing 0 lbs to up to 5 lbs a week. Usually I range at about 2 pounds a week.
You are definitely on the path to success! I lost 30 pounds a couple years ago on the program and now I just go back on it (I do the online version) whenever I feel I’ve gained a bit of weight back so it helps me maintain.

When a began a 14 months ago i was losing 5-8 lbs a week by my wedding 7 months ago i had loss 35lbs and 4 sizes. I fit into a size 18 dress that looked great.
I stoped going 2 months later and gained all but 6.3lbs back so i started again 1 months ago. I have no self restaint i guess i had to go to meetings or i just skip counting a point for licks and tastes so you are on track and good luck to ya
