The greatest obstacle is failure..everything else is just dealing with the process of getting things done, such as finding people to help you, using time effectively etc.

Failure is the one thing that breaks the spirit. No one likes it, but it is a necessary part of the human struggle. It's the way we get our lessons in life. Usually you will learn little from your successes, but failure has a way of slowing us down and making us reflect on what has just happened.
