I’m writing this as I’ve just finished up with my first BFT session back for 2026. I didn’t want to keep going with this fitness class, but I stuck at it.
Boy am I tired! This workout really took it out of me.
I’m currently recovering from some type of summer flu that I picked up in Adelaide over a week ago now.
But getting back into the gym feels so good, even though my body is screaming out in pain.

I’m writing this post for you. You who wanted to start today, but you said I’ll do it tomorrow.
That’s the same thing I told myself today, but I almost caved. But I kept going.
I almost didn’t go to my class. I almost said I’ll do it tomorrow. But I kept going.
I almost didn’t choose showing up.
But I did. And I’m glad I did. Keep going.
So, whether you’re putting off that run, or that email, or that big report.
Just start. You never know how good you’ll feel (and you’ll feel bloody good that you did – trust me).
Keep going – your future self will thank you more than you know.
